A message from owner Bill Todd
Our History
My mom and dad were very friendly. They enjoyed gardening and visiting with people. They had big hearts and always made people feel welcome. When it became difficult for them to enjoy their independence they so loved, it was time to find someone who could assist them.
We hired an in-home care agency to provide care to help with basic tasks so they could continue to enjoy independence in their home. My dad complained of the caregivers being late and taking money and other personal items from their home. Thinking it might be dad’s problem, we tried other workers and it was not much better.
They eventually went into an assisted living facility and not much changed. Items were still disappearing, and the staff provided little time to take care of their cleaning and personal needs.
Mom passed and I finally moved my dad close to me. I found a caring staff to take care of him. No longer were items disappearing and he really enjoyed the help caregivers offered him. He wanted and needed dependable people and they made his time in his home very enjoyable. This is why I founded Todd’s In Home Care.
It’s more than a business, it’s personal.

This is why Todd’s In-Home Care is pleased to announce that the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA)’s Home and Community-Based Services Spend Plan is supporting our direct service caregivers in the form of a $20K grant.
How will we distribute the grant:
- 95% of the grant will be paid by May 31,2023 to our caregivers in the form of a one-time bonus, and
- 5% of the grant will be used for recruiting and training
